Maiden Bay Experiences
Boating & Canoeing
Maiden Bay offers boat launch & docking facilities for both fishing & ski boats. Boats, Motors and Canoes are available for rent by the day or week.
Fishing & Ice Fishing
We offer year round fishing on Lake Temiskaming which is home to several species of Fish. Smaller lakes nearby allow access to additional species of fish.
Snowmobile & ATV Riding
Maiden Bay offers access to a wide variety of snowmobile & ATV riding experiences with several different trails to explore on.
Hiking & Moutnain Biking
Maiden Bay camp has a Wildlife Management Area os 60 square kilometres. There are numerous areas & trails for hiking & excellent photographic opportunities.
Camping & Picnics
Individual Picnic Tables. Campsites for Tents & Trailers and a large Fire Pit are nestled among the trees near the Lake for use by all Guests.

We offer 7 day seasonal Bear, Moose & Smal Game hunt packages with freezer service and owner assistance with tracking.
Bear Hunts
7 Day Fully Guided Bear Hunt

- Owner Assistance with Tracking, Ride to and From Bait Site (Skinning & Quartering Bear $100 Tipping Fee)
- Small Game Hunting opens second week in September and is included with Bear Hunt (LIS Extra)
- Deposit $300.00 per Hunter (Non-Refundable, but transferrable to Replacement Hunter)

Ice Fishing

- Walleye (Pickerel), Northern Pike, Whitefish and Smallmouth Bass are plentiful in Lake Temiskaming
- Lake Trout can be fished in smaller Lakes nearby (primarily accessible by ATV)
- Fishing License sold in Town and Minnow are available on site
- Boats, Motors and Canoes can be rented by the Dar or Week
- Propane Tanks bring your own or purchase 20 lbs for $30.00

Activity Requirements
For all Activities, please review the below information.
Important Information
We take only 20 Hunters per Season. You must be at least 16 years of age to Hunt.
We do not guarantee a kill, however, we guarantee Hunters will be placed on active bait sites, actively maintained, both water and road access. Excellent hunt planning in undisturbed wilderness locations.
What to bring for Hunting Experiences
- Hunter Orange Cap and Vest (Camo Orange is not acceptable in Ontario)
- Previous Hunting License (Canadian or American)
- Weapon of Choice: Gun, Bow or Cross Bow
- Soft/Hard Gun or Bow Case (Legal Requirement)You are required to bring proof of hunting experience - New or Old License from the Province/State of your residence - or Hunter's Training Card

Canadian Firearms Declaration Form
It is necessary to fill out a temporary gun permit if you are bringing your own firearm into Canada. The fee is $25.00 payable at the border crossing
